Madden 26 desync issue before kickoff

I am on ps5:

every game in online h2h, events, champs, etc. I am able to load into the game, but then after the introduction with the players, it glitches and desyncs before ever match. Please solve this.

i have tried restarting my game and console. Checked for good internet, and am sure there is nothing I can do besides start a new account. Please solve this issue
