Madden 26 Superstar

Im doing a RB superstar mode and for some odd reason my qb keeps quicking throwing the ball to a random reciever or tight end immediately instead of waiting for anyone to get open. I barely have a chance to run pass the line on a mesh pass play. I'm not spamming or pressing any buttons, but he keeps just throwing the ball immediately after the ball is snapped not giving me a chance to get the ball or call for it. Is this just a glitch? or is anyone else having this issue?
