Hello, I know I am 5 months too late, but you are capable of having multiple user coaches in madden 26. What you will have to do is start the career normally with the first coach (set up the franchise the way u want and all that.) then after you start the season go to options and select user teams. There you can create a new character and that is how you would add another coach. For PlayStation you create that new character by pressing triangle so I would guess it would be Y for Xbox users.
