Madden ultimate team cross play

me and my friend have been trying to play with each other for over 7 days and cant load into a online h2h duos for some reason when we have played together multiple times before hand don't know what to do or how to fix it are cross plays are on and there is no excuse that the servers suck this much to do cross play i have never seen a more lazy team to try and fix this problem
