Thanks for reaching out! Madden VIP is an invite-only program, meaning players are selected by EA and then sent an invitation directly to the email linked to their EA account.

At the moment, there isn’t a way to sign up or apply manually. If you’re eligible, you’ll automatically receive an invite, so the best thing to do is keep an eye on your email and your EA account for any updates.
