Madden unplayable on pc after latest update.

After the latest patch, the game has become super unplayable. Super choppy and almost completely freezes pre snap for me on defense. Offense runs sorta smooth. 5090, i9-13900k, windows 11. Just inexcusable that there has not been a hotfix yet. Has anyone found any sort of work around to this yet? I have tried it all. Nothing works.
