Missing unstoppable welcome pack

I still have not received my unstoppable welcome pack since I’ve bought the game. I have a Steelers theme team and the one card I’m missing is D.K . Metcalf. I don’t get how season 2 is almost over and I still haven’t received this pack I’ve put in atleast 6 or 7 claims in at this point and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. I just want one pack
