NFL Team logos

I would like to create a franchise with teams I created using some NFL team logos. I want to use a mix of actual NFL teams and some custom teams. In the case of the NFL teams I want to use their actual logos, if possible. I do not want to break the law or any of EA's or the NFL's rules. So I am wondering if it's permissible to use actual NFL team logos for some of the teams I create for my franchise. It's not explicitly clear enough in EA's explanation of fair use rules.
