PC STUTTERING FIX/Single player modes only

Thanks to reddit, I didn't find this. Turn off "on-field visual feedback" in the visual feedback settings. Addition: it seems to only work on single player modes or H2H. Sorry to the folks it's ...

This definitely helped a lot! I played around with all the other fixes with changing to windowed, capping fps, and turning off v-sync. None of those helped at all. This was the first thing that helped a ton. I'm assuming it has to do with their new update that changed star players showing a "visual feedback" when they use a skill. Terrible implementation by EA on this update. It's like they didn't even test it on pc, ridiculous.
