Please reconnect controller issue

These idiots at EA sports are really starting to irk my nerves I got a message during the middle of the game to please reconnect my control pad the control pad was fully charged and had absolutely no issues with it they would not let me proceed through the game they made me quit to the main menu I'm starting to get really tired of EA and all of the nonsense that comes with you guys you morons better give me some type of credit because not only do you always have server issues in the middle of games that I'm winning then I have to take a loss but I never get credited for none of this stuff
