Purchased & Yet AGAIN...!

In the store using TRAINING POINTS to purchase, yet AGAIN, purchase let to the age old EA ERROR MESSAGE showing in the MYSTERY PURCHASE module, that I had prucased Zero Chill pack...showing the pack, BUT THEN AGAIN....an error message followed...." This item is not available!" So you would think you would see your Training Points credited right?   You would be wrong in assuming that, because they just debited the points and still gave the error message while also freezing up at the same time. In restarting MUT, no pack to open, NOTHING, but the 1800 trining points missing ! 

Cone on EA, I have shamefully spent too much time & MONEY on this game and these issues continue to frustrate me, especially being ripped off with ZERO concern on anyone at EA!   I have purchased MADDEN since it's debut consistently every year. You would think they would care about longtime customers!

Sadly I don't think they do!
