Server Maintenance

So I was having trouble before your update where the connectivity to most online modes has been spotty at best. ERROR (Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.) Is what I get when I try to play most of your online modes. I have missed out from rewards with no fix. I have read all over on your "fixes" for people. I have logged into superstar for online ranked with no issue. I can play basic season vs ai with no issue. When I try doing any of the visa events I get the whole draft done and the get that stupid error. I am wired connection, allowed ports, no firewall is stopping the game and allowed through all. I use no third party apps like Spotify. I just play the game. Except I can't. I have no issues like this with any other EA title. The fact I see you have glaring issues and you still plug ahead and change the season and add new things for people to buy. But no update to fix your server issues. Tells your fans loud and clear you have no interest in us just our money. I haven't seen any sort of compensation saying hey sorry for the season pass we make you pay for but can't level cuz our servers don't work properly. Nothing.
