Solo Seasons

Solo Seasons are not working for my account. Error servers cannot process your request at this time. All other sections such as The Run and Events work fine. EA support has had me clear my cache, change dns  settings, rebuild the database. As well as resetting my router multiple times. Still  getting the error and kicked out. Really need those tokens
