Solo Seasons

Me too! The Run is the only game mode affected for me. I’ve deleted cache, restored licenses, checked for updates, deleted/ reinstalled the game and it still doesn’t work. I can go in the next room to my brother’s PS5, on his madden account, and it works just fine. I have yet to receive any reply from EA support on this.

I’ve have 25 and 26 . On madden 25 my solo battles won’t refresh but I can use solo. On 26 I can’t get anything but mut trash. I get a big silver square it says I need to start and it just stays that way. So 26 is as bad as my 25. Their supposed expert team has been working on all 3 of my madden 25 issues since September. I haven’t reported the issue with 26 yet.!

Me too. Dumped cache rebooted , licenses etc. I been trying since September to get my solo battles to refresh my auctions to give me my coin and my challenges has never refreshed. I just got 26 yesterday and same issues but  the experts are working on it lol . 

No fix..But a rapid response to sanction my coins for trying to move to a new account. So no fix and punishment for trying to keep coins that cost money. I will not be spending on packs anymore. I can’t use the account as designed and I cannot transfer. EA won’t fix. At this point I may just delete 

well today after maintenance I am able to access Solo Seasons. I was also given tokens I missed. I thank you EA. I commented when it was broken, so I want to gives the due kudos for the fix

Yes I’m going through the same sort of thing and can’t get compensated for lost coins and won’t refund me my real money for the purchases I made on items that they can’t fix the bug. It’s been months and so called team is worthless so far
