Superstar mode

I keep getting an error message when loading my superstar mode. Since the second to last update.
i cleared my cache, uninstalled the game, and reinstalled but i still get the same thing. I have purchased every madden since madden 04.

is there something anyone can do? Or is there something else i should do. If this doesn’t work i might just give up on madden. These games are too expensive to not have a feature fully work. 
can someone help??
