SUPERSTAR NOT WORKING!!

I tried couple of days to okay superstar and ultimate team and of course!!! Something is wrong! Why can't something work more then x amount of days and consumers have to suffer because you guys take forever to get updates, patch. I can't remember you guys had something working in years or length amount of time. I've been long term E.A fan and consumer. 🙄😮😫
