So I preordered the College Football 26 and Madden NFL 26 MVP bundle and for some reason it says I purchased the kickoff bundle on PS5 when I literally have in my transaction history MVP Bundle.
Not sure why this is appearing?
Community ManagerDOCTORSoph The kick-off bundle and the MVP bundle are two very different purchases on PlayStation. If your transaction history is showing MVP and your game download is showing an entirely different download, and you are logged into the same account (and not game sharing), log into the mobile app and check your library. Also, go into the library on the console and the marketplace and search for the game and see which version it has you download.
Since they are different versions of the game, they would be two separate entitlements on the Sony account side. IF everything you see is as it should be and the download has you install the kick-off, you would need to reach out to Sony support so that they can take a look at the transaction on the Sony account.
When I downloaded it, it's the MVP bundle - cause it was early access and I got the 4,600 points on both games. I played early access on both games but somehow after Madden came out it's saying Kickoff bundle. I'll have to contact Sony support about it.
