Ultimate Team H2H Record Showing As Nothing

I’ve been playing since release day, and only play online head to head on ultimate team. However, since the beginning, ever game I play, my record doesn’t update in the leaderboard. It just shows as completely blank like I have never played a game before. I want to see my super bowls, win % etc but nothing appears.
