Unable to Preload
Is there a chance that somebody who can DO something will actually post an answer as to WHY the pre-load doesn't work? It would be great if EA or MS actually used people to fix things.

Im honestly having the same problem on my Xbox. I bought the (EA Sports MVP Deluxe edition) it says it comes with Madden and college football but I only got college football. When I try to download Madden it says I don't own it
For me it shows I own it but the game is not there. The addons are but not the game
How could they possibly screw this up any worse??? People spend $150+ and can’t even access the **bleep** early release.
