What causes the beeping sounds in Madden 26

Every time I go to get in Madden 26 and I first turn on the hdmi1 why am I getting the "BEEPING" sound. And when I go to the updates on both the PS5 and Madden 26 it SHOWS that the both PS5 and Madden 26 are up to date?????
