Why is there no pass interference when playing online gameplay?

Is it me or the passenger interference penalty is nonexistent when playing online competitors I’m sorry but after over 100 and some games I probably seen it five times I can kind of one hand. It makes no sense. You wanna have a competitive gameplay I understand holding and offsides, but absolutely no pass interference at all, especially when games are crucial And players are getting tackled out of bounds of tackle through the route. I don’t understand it.????
