Why so lazy?

Still the stadiums always have the roof open no matter the conditions. PLEASE FIX this it’s such a stupid easy thing to fix. Like come on. 
Also, I’m all for female announcers but can you please tell them to give some emotion? It’s literally the worst thing in the game. Her announcing makes me just not want to play. It sucks that I can’t just choose who I want. I have to either turn off the announcers or exit and start the game again until it’s back to whoever it is.
