I just don’t understand how a big chunk of your playerbase can’t play and there’s no updates on what you guys are trying to do to fix it.EA drops a whole maintenance and still didn’t fix it absurd that it’s still a problem.

It’s because EA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. If this was an issue on console it would be resolved in an hour. You don’t spend enough money on them, the $70 price tag for a copy and paste game is not enough, I’d strongly recommend never spending another dollar on EA
Just to add, there’s a reason they are not accredited by the BBB
