Account Banned for “Cheating” Madden 26

I just got home from work & saw my accounts been banned for “cheating”. I picked the game up over Christmas & honestly haven’t cheated scummed bought coins or anything once. I’m on Ps5 so idk how cheating is even possible. I appealed but I was wondering is this common? Does it get reversed? How long does it take? Super disappointing after work too I was looking forward to it
