I have zero issue with ncaa. For about the the last week, every time I load up madden I’m signed in and connection is fine. Then when I click on online H2H, it disconnects me and usually would work by the 2nd or 3rd try. Today it is not working at all and it’s been extremely annoying lately. Idk what to do. Seems like I’m the only one with the issue. Yet I’m hard wired and never have connection issues

Exact same issue for me. As soon as I try to launch H2H it says “severs unable to process the request” and then “disconnected from server”.
I spent about an hour trying to reach support, was stuck in a loop with a bot that would keep sending me the same troubleshooting guide. Only when I asked for a refund did I suddenly get to talk to a person, who couldn’t actually help me either and transferred me to another person who also couldn’t figure it out. Waiting for their dev team or something to get back to me.
