Can’t access lineup after opening packs

I cannot play madden 26. When I access my lineup I get booted for server error. EA help said it’s a known issue and to post on the forum. So they are help. They tried to blame my PlayStation but it’s doing it on other PS when I try. They should refund all my money since they broke my game and haven’t fixed it.
