Xbox Series X Randomly Crashes
Anytime i’m playing Madden 26 the game will shut itself or my entire xbox off, does anyone have a solution for this because i can’t get a refund for the game, i’ve tried every solution and none work

Both games launch with this issue every year. They’ll say we have a bad batch or our consoles are overheating. But no, just both football games have a bug in their code that causes it. We will just have to deal with it until they quietly patch it like always, usually a month into launch.

GBOY1388 Just following up to see how things are going. Are you still running into any issues with the Xbox crashing?
Is it in a specific mode or match that causes it?
Pack opening?
Does it crash when the match is over or halfway through?I’m having the same issue madden 26 is currently unplayable because of constant crashes. Hopefully a patch or update fixes the issue.
Happens in play now and online games.

could just be because of xbox is dusty but I have crashed like 120 times on this/cfb 26 combined
I rarely have issues on any other games and I'm usually playing in CFM leagues
I have also crashed in Play Now and Online H2H
and in CFB 26 RTG, Dynasty, and Road to CFB Playoff
My xbox series x is from Sep. 2020
