When playing Madden 26 on Switch 2, I cannot connect to my EA account. I've reset the password, EA is linked according to my nintendo account page, but the game won't connect. I've cleared my cache, I've restarted the switch. I can't think of anything else to do. Any help?
I have also done ll of the above things. Bought early access, and have never been able to connect to the servers. Don't have the early access items. Can only quick play and local franchise. I didn't pay $99 for off-line modes. The game tells me to reset my password, which I have done on a multitude of occasions. I have moved the game from sd card to internal memory. re-downloaded it several times and still the same error. The only thing I haven't done is reset my router, but I can't do that. As of today, 09/07, it's been a full month with this same issue.
I need help with this.
BTW, I bought FC25 Ultimate also, to see is I could circumvent the situation. But no changes. I'm tried of being a second class citizen because I have a Switch. It's time EA stepped up and fixed this issue.
Having the same issue right now while trying to see if the game is good (there's a game trial for it with switch online). Everytime I try to sign into my account, it tells me duplicate email, and it never even gave me an option to sign in or make an account.
