We're currently looking into the issues with downloading created teams. Once we've got an update to share with you, we'll follow up here and let you know.
In the meantime, you may be able to find your team and download it from the Creation Center by choosing Teams, then searching for it by the user name or a keyword.

I cant even redownload the teams. And I cant get back in my online
franchise because its not letting me import the teams. Its just stays at 0. But other users in the franchise can get on no problem.
