Class action for unrendered services?

An unusable product (Madden 26 PC) was used to persuade me to purchase this service. Apparently the game has been useless since October no matter your specs, however it's still being used as a tool to convince us to part with our hard earned money. At this point I doubt there is a fix coming at all; surely EA is simply focused on Madden 27 by now.

Anybody aware of a class action already in progress?
