Coach Abilities Locked - Max Level

An issue that I see is in MANY franchises. I started as John Harbaugh in preseason and I had unlocked max level slots by end of season. Sign with the giants, week 1 same ability slots that were open on the ravens, are now glitched and I cannot use them. I.e. level 31 for last slot can’t use last two play sheet slots - I AM MAX LEVEL!!!

how is this not fixed yet? Is it because there’s no monetization factor in franchise? Unreal that we have to deal with this.
