Constant Desync

Hello, every time I try to play a MUT game it gives me a desync once im loaded in. I tried closing the app and reloading, that did not work. I tried restarting my xbox, that did not work. I checked my internet, it is fine. I unplugged my xbox, still didnt work. So I went on my brothers xbox who is in the same house and uses the same internet and tried to load up a game, and it worked just fine. So I thought maybe something was wrong with my xbox so I logged into my account on his xbox, and I still got a desync everytime. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem would be?
