I’m trying to play an online franchise with my friends and I cannot play a game for more than a few plays without the game crashing to dashboard or hard crashing my Xbox Series X. This also happens when I play an online game against a friend. The game is completely unplayable and EA has not and will not acknowledge it.
This does not happen with any games on my Series X besides EA games. It happened with Madden 25, 24 and CFB last year and this year, it happened with the battlefield 6 beta and 2042. It is strictly an EA issue. I just cleaned out my Xbox recently and replaced all the thermal paste and pads and it still continues to do it. EA please fix this.
Having the same issue on only madden , happened too me on madden 25 and now madden 26.. I play the show all the time and it doesn’t happen there , but yeah Il be playing mut offline or online and get into a game and won’t be able too finish it without getting kicked I too have cleaned my Xbox out like the dust , and have tried other methods online that iv seen.. it only being a madden problem for me and no other game tells me its on madden super fustrating just wanna play the game
