Custom Team Builder

I already know that custom team builder doesn't work offline, I know how to upload online, but I can only seem to use someone else's team, not my specific custom one. When I click to download mine the game just freezes and I cant do anything. I haven't seen anyone complain about that specifically so I dunno if its just me or what. I'm typing this out because I just spent literal hours and skipped the Seattle game to build a banger team that I can't even use.
