Defense coming out in man when I pick zone

This is the 12th game I've played in h2h today where I make my defensive adjustments i pick a zone play then the game decides to run man coverage in a playback im not even in then when it goes to pick another play the **bleep** things frozen and I can not pick a play or anything and all my adjustments have reset it's super frustrating in the super rush event. Restarting the game doesn't work Restarting the controller doesn't work. Nothing works. It's super annoying.. how can we win if we can't even pick plays EA? Or when we pick zone and it comes out In man. This crap has me fuming. If it keeps happening I'm deleting madden completely and never downloading it again.
