Didn’t recieve madden Super Bowl award after winning

My game glitched out after I won the Super Bowl in Madden 26 online ultimate team h2h. I didn’t recieve my winnings for winning the super bowl which included 75000 coins or an elite pack. I feel like I just got robbed…… I’d like to please get it back! Thanks
