I recently purchased Madden 26. I have yet to be able to load into the game because ea crashes instantly after start up without giving me any info.
I have tried everything suggested from uninstalling and reinstalling, to completely making a new ea account and nothing fixes the issue. The only solution I haven’t been able to try is clearing my cache because ea crashes before I can even sign into it…
Update - after doing a clean boot I got it to open!
Update the next day - back to having the same issue where ea won’t even open. Getting a little more irritated now because I’ve put 6 hours into the game. Meaning I cannot refund it anymore for it exceeds the 2 hour return limit.
The clean boot solution that worked last night is not working and I’m back to square one. What could possibly be causing ea to crash right after I open it? On top of that how do I know how to fix it if I don’t even get any error tabs? I am completely left in the dark.
