EA Servers

I was playing Madden 26 Ultimate Team and playing the cpu genki force level 3 “The Run” I was winning this matchup and all of a sudden EA servers kicked me out saying my connection was lost. It automatically assumes I purposely quit the game and cancels my progress and rewards. This isn’t fair as I completed the previous 2 levels without losing, and was working on a 5th win in the final level. Now I can’t restart level 3 without completing level 2? And to do so I must complete level 1. I want my progress back as I was the reason the servers crashed and I was already winning this game.
