EA Silence on Madden 26 PC Issues

Question

We are now approaching three weeks with the persistent pre-snap stuttering and audio chopping bug. After extensive research, this appears to be tied to Intel processors. I’ve already flagged this issue publicly, tweeting Madden NFL Direct and including devs in the tweet, yet there has been no response.

This lack of communication is unacceptable. Madden 26 on PC has been an optimization disaster, and the community deserves transparency. The game has been effectively unplayable for nearly a month, with no acknowledgment or update from the development team.

EA must be held accountable. When will this issue be addressed and resolved?

You said it perfectly, absolutely unacceptable. I've also contacted them many times with no response, the only thing I've ever gotten is turn off on field display stuff but that does nothing.&nbsp;

Dec 9th and no fix. EA already working on version 2027. Do you think they will divert resources to a game on it's way out? Less than 10% chance EA will provide a Fix.

I’m pretty sure there is another thread where they said they are trying. I just assume I won’t be able to play until next years Madden. They are a joke.&nbsp;
