Everything laggy including menu input

Everytime I finish something it tells me error and backs me all the way out and I have to go back in every time and the input lag going from page to page is horrendous I have great internet it just ridiculous and irritating EA fix this crap!!!!

Roster Download Issues
Anyone else having issues downloading new roster. I do it then it keeps asking me to do it again. I have saved the new roster 5 times now and it keeps making me download again.
