Here it does it again. This time allowing me to receive one of the rewards but not the other. It appears to be the same type of rewards group, meaning not a special events rewards

TokraJafa Hey, thanks for the images and for reporting this. So, depending on the system, there can always be a delay. Or, you have more packs in your inventory waiting to be opened, so you do not see it, but you do see the other one. If it doesn't show up within 24 hours of that match, you'll need to reach out to support so they can review the logs.
That is not something we can do here. Typically, just playing a different mode and going in and out of MUT servers or different modes helps sync the game. If it does not, then just message Live Support, and they will go through your logs and let you know what is happening. - TokraJafa1 month agoNew Traveler
Thanks for responding I'll give it a try but I have yet to have any success with support. I always end up in a loop with an Ai. Any help would be appreciated. I've also seen the message about the free 99 LTD because of the problems last week but again nothing received or even seen to access it. Thanks again
The rewards that are locked for you come from the Premium Team Pass, which must be purchased separately from the Premium Field Pass.

Hello,
I’m writing to follow up regarding the issue I previously reported with locked premium rewards after completing a solo challenge.
Since then, I was able to determine that the problem was related to the server issues from last week. The rewards shown in my screenshot were tied to a different event that wasn’t displaying correctly at the time. Now that the servers have stabilized, that specific issue appears to be resolved.
However, I still have not received the 99 OVR LTD make-right pack that was announced as compensation. I’m aware that other players have already received theirs (in some cases multiple), but nothing has appeared in my account.
Could you please review my account and confirm whether I am eligible for the make-right reward, and if so, when it will be delivered?

TokraJafa I am happy to hear that the main issue was resolved. So, for the make-goods, those are sent directly from the studio teams. When players claim they do not get these, it goes one of two ways.
We report it to them, and they check it
Live support checks it, and handles it from there
CMs have no way to verify or add if a player was supposed to get something. That is an investigation conducted using one of the above methods.
Unless the thread just goes up like crazy with a lot of players saying the same, it is something we report over, and they have a look. - EA_Shepard1 month ago

TokraJafa Hey, so satfreaktom264 has listed all of the information we have on this one. Community Managers do not review accounts. That is done by live support. If you believe that you should have received one and did not, you must create a case on your account so that it can be reviewed. We cannot review accounts on the forums.
