FRANCHISE WONT LOAD

Every time any of my users or I try to load into our online franchise we get an error message and sends us back to the franchise launcher. PLEASE HELP!!

nothing we can do unfortunately. The online portion is down for maintenance.. been waiting 3 days now for it to be back up and running!

What happened to the home field advantage button?
Are there any plans to bring back the ability to disable home field advantage? It disappeared with the last update. We need that back. I personally have always needed to disable it in online franchis...
