MAdden NFL 26 MUT Connectivity Issues

Hi I have read this issue soooo many times now here.
Since weeks (Jan i guess) i cant proper log in in Madden NFL 26 MUT. "lost connection to server try again later" always the same bs...(sorry). I have to tr for about 30minutes until i maybe can enter MUT.
We players loose time and chances and not getting even any compensations or informations...
The support team through Mail at least, sorry to say dont mean any harm, but they are helpless and uselss. The troubleshooting didnt work at all not even close. therefore should be already be checked and greated a bigger issue in the department already... but it doesnt as it seems huh?

So what did i try

Restart PS5 and router
Setting in PS5 (DNS) changed
Startet in save mode
unplugged ps5 for Minutes
Etc.

Is there any solution so far or does the technical Support / department knows about that and is working on it??
