Freezing in Franchise

I played my 1st preseason game in franchise mode and when it was over it froze trying to get back to the franchise homepage. It just kept slowly repeating the loading screen. This is on the Nintendo Switch 2.

Also, my kicking meter disappeared somewhere in the 3rd quarter and never came back. Still made 1 of my EXP and had 1 good kick off.
