Madden event rewards

I grinded the visa draft event and none of my progress seemed to saved as it’s all gone after scheduled maintenance. I put hours into this. I was at 37/40 tokens for the ed to tall jones so i played the event all the way through one last time to get 3 more ring of honor tokens. As i finished my 13th game i got kicked because of the maintenance. After it was done I got on the game to see that I have no access to my rewards. If I didn’t put so much time into this to complete I wouldn’t be so upset. I did everything I needed and I am not able to get the rewards I earned. Please help.
