Friend H2H Issue

So, I want to play with my friend in a H2H match; he can join my lobby and vice versa. But once we pick the teams and the loading screen appears, after about a minute, I just go back to the menu. My friend sometimes gets into the game, but he immediately gets the message that he lost connection with his peer.

Obviously, that sounds like an internet issue between us, but that’s not the case, because we can play Showdown without problems and we can search for H2H games and play other people.

That being said, I was able to play with my friend for a few weeks, but we tried to change the depth chart because he wanted to play with Mahomes. Obviously, that doesn’t work because you need to have the updated roster, so we updated it again and deleted that roster change. Unfortunately, after we did that, we can no longer play together in that mode. He’s on PC and I’m on Xbox Series S, by the way. Actually, we had the exact same problem in Madden 25.

So, when are you going to fix your game? My friend mostly bought the game to play with me, and now we can’t. Give me a solution. There’s no way things like that should keep happening.
