I was playing a dungeon run level 3 game when the game crashed. I reloaded it and it says I lost the game and also lost my level 3 entry. This is ridiculous. I spent so so much time getting to level 3 just to loose it to a game crash.
Same issue on Switch 2. Super frustrating to play through 20 games only to have your run ended on the first match because "lost connection." 5 coins from dungeon 3 after all that work and no replacement entry. And now have to start over. Such bs. Especially when there was no reason I should have lost connection. Had nothing to do with my internet.
