Game is still just broken on PC

After the big update that happened most recently the game on PC is just dead and it's been like this far longer than it should at this point. It's ridiculous.

• Flat out lower FPS and constant stuttering (turning off visual feedback only sometimes helps, it still makes practice sessions unplayable)
• My character is someone entirely different in cutscenes
• Can't change gear at all
• Gear for league showcases the default black and white gear, can't see current team gear
• Sometimes can't see who my weekly activities are affecting
