Game will not load because of error message :interception.

I’ve seen solutions on here already about installing and uninstalling the interception file via CMD. Everytime I do that, no matter how many different commands I use, or even if don’t run it as an administrator I still get the same message of the command path is not recognized or close to that. I’m also a bit new to playing games on Pc, so if anyone could help that would be great. 
I downloaded the game via steam.
