Cannot access ultimate team challenges without game freezing on loading screen

Made a previous post abt the same issue never found a solution still dealing with same issue since I’ve downloaded this game I can’t open any challenges in ultimate team every time I load into ultimate team and press challenges the games goes on the blank blue and green ish loading screen background and I have to restart my game I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling closing the app and re opening and nothing seems to work can’t find anyone else w this issue if anyone can help lmk have not been able to access challenges one time !
