HELP HEAD 2 HEAD WONT LET ME ACCESS SERVERS FOR 2 WEEKS
For the past 12 days, I have been unable to play Head-to-Head online in Madden 26. Each attempt results in the message: "cannot connect to servers."
I have already completed every troubleshooting step provided and submitted a prior ticket, but no action was taken to resolve the issue.
As a result, I was forced to purchase a new copy of Madden 26 and create a new PlayStation Plus account just to continue playing the game I already owned. This is absolutely unacceptable.
My original account, BAYAREAWOOD650, was nearly ranked in the Top 100, and I am extremely frustrated that progress has been lost due to unresolved server/account issues.
Please escalate this matter immediately and provide a resolution, whether through restoring access to my account, compensating for the duplicate purchase, or another corrective action.
